If you are a current client and have set up your account on Headway, you should now be able to get into your account there and make an appointment.
You have the ability to see my full schedule on the Headway calendar, so that is why I've been trying so hard to make that available!
Using my website as an easy means of communication with current and potential clients seems like a great idea - maybe even a no-brainer!

A couple of clients have commented on the ease of having Headway handling billing and claims now.
Claims are filed and copays handled immediately after your session.

If you are a new client, your insurance must be verified with Headway for billing. If you are out-of-network with Headway, you have the option of self-pay and then getting a superbill to file with your insurance company for reimbursement.
I appreciate your trust in me - and your understanding in this matter. For independent practitioners like myself, insurance can be difficult to manage, but I like giving clients this option.

Some clients have utilized the Messaging function on Headway, and I think that is great.
I will reply to messages there and in the WorkAble, LLC portal. You can ask questions about times, homework, or other non-urgent issues.
If you are a current client, you can also text the office number for appointment concerns.
Please note though that the messaging portions of Headway or my client portal should not be used in emergency situations.
Just as with other types of contact, if you have an urgent or emergent need, call 911, 988, a local crisis line, or go directly to the nearest hospital emergency department.
