Coming from another therapy platform?
If you are reading this and have worked with me on another platform, welcome!
You can self-pay or utilize your insurance for sessions via Headway.
Therapy sessions on Headway are similar to therapy on BetterHelp and other platforms, but there is no requirement for weekly sessions.

You are required to do a brief consultation, just to make sure that everything is set up properly and your insurance is correct. Our first full session will technically be an intake session, because I am required to have insurance and intake paperwork on file.

Getting Connected
I am now partnering with Headway for insurance billing!
I am credentialed with most major insurance companies. For a complete list, view my Headway profile here!
For your convenience, copays and outstanding balances will be automatically billed to your credit card.
If you would like to utilize insurance for sessions, please verify your insurance information through Headway.
I do not file insurance claims outside of Headway, and do not accept plans that cannot be verified through Headway.
New or Returning Clients
If you are a new client and would like to schedule an appointment, please schedule a 15-minute consultation before setting up a regular session.
